Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Meivish Cloud Player. By using the app, you agree to them.

Effective and last updated: August 16, 2026

Permission to use the app

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use Meivish Cloud Player in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained it.

Your identities and Videos

You must use only Provider identities and Videos that you own or are authorized to access. You remain responsible for your content, permissions, and compliance with copyright and other laws. Meivish requests read-only Provider access and does not grant rights to any Video.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with Providers or stores, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, infringe another person's rights, or use the app in violation of law. Do not extract or misuse credentials or playback URLs.

Providers and availability

Authentication, metadata, streaming, thumbnails, and purchases depend on Microsoft, Google, Apple, Google Play, networks, devices, and supported media formats. Those third-party services may change, limit, or stop functionality. Microsoft and Google do not sponsor or endorse Meivish.

Premium unlock

Where offered, Premium unlock is a non-consumable lifetime purchase for the store platform on which it was bought. It is not a subscription and does not transfer between Apple and Google platforms. Price and refund handling come from the applicable store. If a store confirms entitlement loss, the app retains the active Connected identity and active Library and removes extras after acknowledgement.

Open-source software

Meivish includes open-source software governed by its own licenses. Those licenses control where they grant rights that differ from these terms. See the open-source notices.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Meivish's developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data, loss of access, or third-party service interruption arising from use of the app. Mandatory local consumer protections still apply.

Changes and contact

Features and these terms may change; material changes will be posted with an updated date. You must stop using the app if you no longer accept these terms. Questions can be submitted through the Support page.
