Support

Start with the connection.

Most issues come from Provider authorization, a changed Source folder, network access, or an unsupported Video format.

Reconnect a cloud service

If Browse shows Reconnect required, choose Reconnect and authenticate the same Connected identity. Cancelling leaves the Library and its state in place. Revoking consent at Microsoft or Google may not invalidate an existing token or playback URL immediately.

Source folder and Library help

Use Libraries to switch, rename, or remove a Library. Changing a Source folder clears resume, watched, audio, subtitle, and cached browse state only for that Library. Removing a Connected identity clears all Libraries and local playback state owned by it.

Playback help

  • Confirm the Video plays from the Provider and that the device has network access.
  • Refresh Browse if a Video or Folder changed in the Provider.
  • Try another format supported by Meivish Player on the current platform.
  • For resume or track issues, return to Browse and reopen the Video.

Premium purchase help

Use Restore Purchase from Premium settings on the same store platform and store identity used for purchase. Apple and Google purchases do not transfer between platforms. Refunds and payment issues are handled by the applicable store.

Report a problem

A support email for private reports will be published here before store submission. When reporting a reproducible problem, include the platform, app version, Provider, and steps to reproduce.

Keep private data private. Never send access or refresh tokens, authorization responses, private playback links, Connected identity details, Source folder paths, or personal Video names.
