Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: August 23, 2026

These terms govern use of Meivish Cloud Player. By using the app, you agree to them.

Permission to use the app

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use Meivish Cloud Player in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained it.

Your connected identities and videos

You must use only connected identities that you control or are authorized to use and videos that you are authorized to access. You remain responsible for your content, permissions, and compliance with copyright and other laws. Meivish requests read-only access to your cloud storage and does not grant rights to any video.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with cloud services or app stores, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, infringe another person's rights, or use the app in violation of applicable law. Do not extract or misuse credentials or playback URLs.

Cloud services and availability

Authentication, metadata, streaming, and thumbnails depend on your selected cloud service, currently OneDrive or Google Drive, network availability, device capabilities, and supported media formats. Purchases depend on the App Store or Google Play. Those third-party services may change, limit, or stop functionality. Microsoft and Google do not sponsor or endorse Meivish.

Premium unlock

Where offered, Premium unlock is a non-consumable lifetime purchase for the store platform through which it was purchased. It is not a subscription and does not transfer between the App Store and Google Play. Pricing and refund handling are determined by the applicable store. If a store confirms entitlement loss, the app explains the change, retains the active connected identity and active library, and disconnects or removes the others after acknowledgment. Cleanup may be postponed until a valid active library is available.

Open-source software

Meivish includes open-source software governed by its own licenses. If those licenses grant rights that differ from these terms, those licenses control. See the open-source notices.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Meivish's developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of access, or third-party service interruption arising from the use of the app. Mandatory local consumer protections still apply.

Changes and contact

Features and these terms may change; material changes will be posted with an updated date. You must stop using the app if you no longer accept these terms. Contact support@meivish.com with questions.
